Anya worked to update the state and community laws regarding burials to encourage green burials.

Anya Nicoll a Girl Scout for over nine years is currently an Ambassador in Troop 10615, a Girls Representative of the Green and White Mountains Board of Directors, and as of Spring 2022, a lifetime member and a Gold Award Girl Scout. When not serving her community or driving the change in our world as a Girl Scout, Anya can also be found at Saco Valley Gymnastics Center either coaching pre-school classes or perfecting her own skills as a Platinum Level Xcel Gymnast where she has taken first in New Hampshire States. This fall Anya will attend college at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) studying Material Science and Engineering. Her goal - to some day design materials for space exploration.
