Siya created a website to share resources for students to learn about autism.

Siya Kulkarni is a senior at the Morris County School of Technology and attends the Academy for Health Care Sciences. She has been a proud member of Girl Scouts since sixth grade. For her Girl Scout Gold Award, Siya founded the global initiative, Project EnAble, which focuses on creating inclusive communities by leveraging technology and spreading autism awareness. To date, the project has reached 52,000+ lives in countries such as the United States, India, and Canada. For her efforts, Siya was also awarded the 2021 Diana Award, which is the most prestigious accolade a young person can receive for their social action or humanitarian work. Siya also won the gold medal at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference in the Health Occupations Professional Portfolio competition. Siya aspires to join the medical field to make a difference in the communities that nurtured her to become the determined and passionate individual she is today.
